There’s a reason for its name. It’s Classic. It’s reliable. It is just the right mixture of late harvest apples to create a smooth, sweet, silky taste. Although natural sugar content on this blend is one of the highest, we wouldn’t consider this cider a “dessert cider”. It can stand alone, but it always pairs nicely with other food. This is our signature blend that gets the comment again and again, “this tastes just like biting into a fresh apple”.
A speciality cider variety used and origin: Harrison Cider Apple, USA 1770
Food Pairings: Our classic blend is delicious with fresh grilled vegetables, seafood, and italian dishes such as fettucine alfredo.
